Tom,

First you should think about what a series of rate cuts means for capital expenditures and the near-term impact on foreign spending. Second, I said to wait to see if DOW 8100-8200 would be taken out before shorting into strength. Third, previously I posted to short XRX into strength but set a stop at 93. It's a market call now.

Lastly, XRX was a fundamental short and one should not expect it to fall apart quickly.
