Hi Frank, In regards to the potential exemption for U.S Citizens buying Canadian Exchange Stocks without the cents per share surcharge! I have been playing telephone tag with a Canadian Company that is listed on the Alberta Exchange in efforts to find out how a company goes about applying for this exemption. Once I get through ( it may not be until next week!) I will get the details and share them on this thread. ** OFF TOPIC** I do not want to discuss other stocks on this thread, but it may have some impact in the discussion since it is a very junior player in the ADP. It's trading symbol on Alberta is " CBM" currently .02 cent bid, as you can see it has suffered the same fate as many other ADP companies. This is just a guess but I think that their Vancouver office location is in the same proximity as New Claymore. Anyway "CBM" is the company that apparently has achieved an exemption status --once I find the details I will report back. Sorry for mentioning a company other then Montello on this thread, it won't happen again unless it is relevent to any/all discussions. Best Regards, Wayne J.
