Gary,

Wrong wrong wrong.

Not insider information. Public knowledge. The filing, from what I understand, will state that NuVen may purchase up to 50M shares and Fred may at that time take the company private.

The particular filing does not force a company executive or large shareholder to go through with buying but is just a statement that it may take place. Will NuVen buy stock on the open market? I do not know. Let's see what happens.

When the FXWA deal is done, NUOA will have 49% of FXWA with an option (through warrants) to bring it up to the 80% level. Your information is incorrect. He does not have to invest any money to bring it up to 49%.

As far as now being told about the poor revenue streams and the delays, where have you been?

All of us have expressed our concern and disappointment for the last two years that things were taking longer than we all wanted. I would think the company's management is the most upset.

Guess what? That is why they are doing the FXWA deal. They are not going to sit still and hold pat with just Tunisia. If they had millions in the bank, they could wait it our for a few years but they do not.

I have a lot more money in this company than most. Personally, I am glad to see Fred trying to do something different. I do not have time to look back when it comes to investing. The future is the only thing that matters.

Gary, you may or may not be right about NUOA in the long run. I do not have a crystal ball but I do know I would be a lot more mad if Fred was just sitting on his hands and letting the company slip into nothing. I would rather have him try and fail than not try at all.

Speculative stock. We know when we get on that many times it is all or nothing. I staying on for the all.

Ken S.
