BCAM International, Inc. Listed Stock on OTC Bulletin Board
MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- BCAM International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BCAM - news; Boston Stock Exchange: BAM) announced today that BCAM International, Inc. has listed its common stock and warrants on the OTC Bulletin Board in the interest of its shareholders.
Separately, the Company noted that its Class B and Class E warrants are due to expire on Saturday, October 17, 1998.
Michael Strauss, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BCAM International, Inc. commented, ''Last night, at approximately 5:00 PM, we received notification from Nasdaq that they have determined that we will not be in compliance with the net tangible assets, and dollar price listing rule, and therefore decided to delist our securities effective on the close of business, October 15, 1998.'' Mr. Strauss added, ''We have already begun to institute a restructuring plan in order to meet Nasdaq requirements in the future. Once the restructuring plan is implemented, we plan to reapply for Nasdaq listing.''
