I've not finished it yet, but the best NT book I've looked at so far is one I just bought: Optimizing Windows Nt. I got it at

I can give more impressions once I've had more time with it.

I found it more helpful than the resource kit. The amazon reviews are quite impressive

FWIW, I have found shopping.com the best place to buy most books, since almost everything is 35% off and shipping is cheap (though it seems to take a bit longer than some places, and their customer service is pretty spotty.)
