you will not post anything about the commencement of the lawsuit. why??????????????????? was it filed in u.s. district court (Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western) or state court. has the summons and complaint been served, what is the proof of service???? why can he give you all answers to all the other crap but not this...this also is public infoo....who was the judge assigned to the case??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
