Yeah....they suck!They are constantly being featured on a local consumer call-in show for their total disregard for customers in any area of support, *especially* computers and related. One woman was actually manhandled and expelled from a store because she demanded a refund on a defective HP inkjet cartridge (the box clearly states that it could be returned if dis-satisfied for a full refund)

and so on....trust me, they SUCK!

(K-Mart merely inhales by comparison)
