I agree exactly. You and I know this, but John Q Investor has been conditioned that falling interest rates are good, and money costs gets cheap, so I pull money out of my bank CDs and invest them.

This move was more psychological. There is now a "new years eve" party going on with all this bullishness.

We'll have our hangover soon enough....
