Head for the hills, FAMH has released audited financials for
1997 which you and Lebed and Arif Adams claimed to be
10.85 cents earnings per share numerous times.

The actual earnings were a loss of 7 cents a share on 40 million
shares. I believe you said there were only 20 million shares.
