Lonnie I am sorry to learn of your injury.

I stick to my position- spending money out of pocket to pay attorneys to sue FAMH, (which has no $ from which a lawyer could grab a contigency fee) is more good money thrown after bad, IMO.

I am not defending the co or its lying. That is inexcusable, and I have never directly witnessed anything like it.

Most established lawyers will base their decsion on whether to take a major, time consuming case on the likelihood of prevailing, and the chances the client or the defendant can pay. My friend is not unique among lawyers. (BTW, I am one of the small fry, too.)

Best of success with your studies.

Victor
