Judy, no I didn't. That's a hoot. The TG scared the hell out of me too (I was in the market in 1987) but I decided to hedge rather than sell. I did note that on JJC's columns later that very day, he had new long positions mentioned and I wondered about the inconsistency there. In fairness, though, all he said was that she told him to get out of the market, not that he did it.
