Bob, According to FRO's profile, it appears the stock is ex-dividend: Latest Dividend 0.22 Fiscal Year End DEC Dividend Yield (%) 3.40 Calendar High Price 37.13 Ex-dividend Date 10/13 Calendar Low Price 23.75 Dividend Pay Date 11/02/98 Bell Atlantic was also down significantly today. I'm neither worred about BEL nor FRO; there hasn't been much volume for awhile. Perhaps as somewhat defensive stocks, some money is now chasing the short-term, speculative stocks. Just my opinion, I don't see any problem with FRO shares right now. Regards, Dave
