I am sure that something about situations like earnings release months and Greenspan announcements and such are covered there but it just strikes me that calculations and formulas should be on the data that has the individuals' expectations, reactions, and responses to these kinds of events in them. So they are already included and reflected in the trade prices and volumes of the transactions everybody has made up to the moment. Maybe, on balance, they acted appropriately, or as expected, in retrospect and maybe not. If sometimes they do and sometimes they don't, what's the hell is the use of measuring what they do?

I should wait until I read the limitations and warnings before commenting on it. I do say however, even before reading it, that anything that helps even a little bit, is welcome.
