Chuzzlewit,

I apologize. I realize that it must be very difficult to lose about 2/3 of the equity you had to sweat to earn and invest in this company over the past 6 months. I also realize that to maintain your belief that you are a perfectly-heeled individual investor, that you have to rationalize the situation.

The only point I have made is that GS was doing everything they could to hold the stock up after the July disappointment and subsequent disintegration from 50 to 33, and that since they cashed it in a few weeks ago, that this stock is most likely dead money.

For someone whom petulantly whines about how TA is 100% bogus, your ideas now about "churning" are completely contradicting your usual banter. 40M shares on the day of the downgrade was "churning". I don't think so. And it kept going down afterward.

Make up your mind. Is this company so superior in every way that it can annoy the Street and still generate a great return? Or can it also be said that some people are hyping it now and hoping to recover a small fraction of their lost equity it time to make thier return back on something else? Don't forget now, the decline since April would require about a 180% increase from here to make it back.

Spare me from the unfounded stuff. I watched Goldman hurt me when I was short, and hoped that Goldman would run it back to the upper 40's in July. But I have 2 satisfactions--I got out of my long position before the meltdown, and I now realize that my short last year would have been dead on in your utopian market. And if this thing goes to a hat size I will laugh my head off.
