I agree with your findings. Management has done an exceptionally poor job running this company, though I didn't know they have been doing poorly for 8 years running! This is quite a record of dimininishing returns to shareholders. Have you noticed that they have never grown the company internally? It has all been done by acquisitions, designed to increase revenues, though the different businesses never melded. Now they see the folly of their ways and are trying to "grow" the company by selling off former acquisitions!
