Kerry, I am waiting to see all the details. The numbers didn't jive as you pointed out. I also want to know if they are handing over $500 million in cash or are they buying the equivalent of calls on $500 million of stock. What I read didn't answer my questions and Intel didn't return my call. Big surprise? <G> MB
