Rami,
I discovered this thread several months ago and was surprised to see it. I thougfht that perhaps I was one of the few who suffered through the problems of GlenFed and CalFed. I have been an investor in both Glen Fed and Cal Fed and initially lost in both of these.

As a holder of Cal Fed common I received shares of CALGZ several months ago. I am not understanding what will happen to these shares when the takeover of Cal Fed is completed. Will the CALGZ shares still be active or will they be replaced by different ones, perhaps the CALHZ? Could you please explain. I have read the materials which I received from CalFed and frankly I do not understand what will happen to the CALGZ shares. Also as a holder of CalFed common will I be issued shares of CALHZ.

I noticed that you mentioned that the CALGZ shares might be worth as much as $58. What type of settlement would it take to pump the price up that high? What is a relastic settlement price?

Thanks,

Charles
