Black Tusk has, as part of a financing program totaling US $3.5 Million, agreed to make a direct equity investment in Legacy upon completion of due diligence. Legacy's popular "Emergency Room"(TM) series, which has sold well over 200,000 units to date, puts you in the role of a doctor and is an accurate medical simulation as well as a game. In "D.A. Pursuit of Justice"(TM), you are the district attorney whose job it is to prosecute three criminal cases of increasing difficulty. In 1997, "D.A." won "Best New Simulation" from Games Magazine and "Best Home Learning Software Award" from Technology and Learning Magazine. In addition, "D.A. Pursuit of Justice" was awarded 18 units of continuing education credit by the California Bar Association. Both "Emergency Room Intern" and "D.A. Pursuit of Justice" are distributed in the consumer retail channel by Alpha Software.
