Mark, I don't' know what TA book you have been reading but PRIA's chart looks excellent not toppy! It broke into an ALL TIME HIGH on the highest volume ever. It is also comfirmed by about 10 other stocks in similar fields. Look at the 70 week chart provided by SI.

buying puts would be a bad idea. I was bearish on the market short term until I saw all of the stocks with powerful upside patterns.

I would appreciate any comments on this
