George,
I think he is dead right. Buy just as people are not really scared
about the market, no one is really bullish on gold. The are so parallel. General stocks have been so good for so long and gold and gold shares so bad for so long, it has investing minds numbed.
And going long gold shares here is a bit more settling on the mind that trying to short the market.
