We have approx 4000 QDEK shares - some of which we bought at $28US a share. The proposed agreement of 52 cents a share means that we will have lost about $22,000 US - a considerable amount of money for an
ordinary individual, and something that we have huge difficulty in resolving. We thought that we should keep faith and hold on -
foolishly,of course.

Does anyone know if the terms could be revised upwards?

What about a share swap?

Is there anything that share holders can do to increase the offer,
get it set aside or take action in any other way? Please advise.
