I believe that at the time of the PR, LBOR had satisfied major portions of the application process. I understand LBOR claimed to believe the same thing. We'll wait and see what NYSE says. The first paragraph of LBOR's press release clearly stated that LBOR had been approved to submit its formal, final application to the NYSE. Under a headline that says their shares will list under NYSE. That's awfully careless. At best. I'll tell you what. On that site there's a listing of companies that have actually been admitted to the NYSE. nyse.com You go through those companies (I'm going out of town for the day, so I can't do this myself at the moment), check their press releases and news articles, and tell us how many of them spoke of their pending admission to the exchange more than three weeks in advance. You find more than a couple, and I'll concede your point, pending revelation of exactly what your point was. Just out of curiousity, do you actually follow this thread, or do you routinely do full text searches on "LBOR" on these boards?
