All praise due to God. God is one. He begets not and He is not begotten. As Muslims, who "submit to the Will of God" (English translation of the word Islam), we believe in all of the Prophets (Peace be upon them), from Adam to Noah to Abraham to Moses to Jesus to Mohammed (who is the final Prophet, around 600 AD) and all others in between. The fundamental difference between Christianity and Islam is that Jesus is not God. Keep in mind we believe in all of the miracles that Jesus has performed, but only by God's permisssion.
