Chris, if units were from Harris County, TX, then what was shown on Fox were indeed PCMobiles from Cycomm (re: press release Monday, March 30, 1998, "Cycomm International Wins Order for $1.4 Million For PCMobiles from Harris County, Texas").
I wish more such stories would go out in the news, and perhaps they will as the success story unfolds and more departments adopt the PCMobile. A feature story on Dateline NBC, 20/20, or whatever would wonders (I'm a dreamer!). But anyway, it shows the outstanding promise the PCMobile has for law enforcement agencies throughout the USA, Canada, etc. Believe it will expand more rapidly over the next few years as more agencies become fully aware of the benefits.
Sure wish you had some pull with your local police and could get an invitation to attend the Police Chiefs Show. As a CYI investor who is knowledgeable of Cycomm Int'l and the PCMobile you could act as a "consultant" or "advisor" to the local Chief. Hmmmmmm? -Jim |
