I'm buying Amdahl on Tuesday. This company has changed its focus from hardware to consulting, a more profitable business. They also took over Trecom, a major year2000 consulting company. Check out the "2000 Date-Chg" Software forum. I'm very positive on this sector. Amdahl is a nice yr2000 play, and a great turnaround story to boot! Consulting is where the money is. Just look at the recent performance of computer consulting stocks - Computer Task Group (TSK) went from 22 to 31 in one month, Computer Horizons (CHRZ) from 28 to 46 in about 2 months, etc. Regards, Philip
