Thanks for your prompt response.I bought 260 shares at $28.655, 760 at $10.03,and 2700 at$3.00.If you believe this whole thing was planned,
aren't there lawyers that take on these shareholder issues and don't they get paid as a % of what they can get for us ? If there is anything which we feel to be 'criminal' in all of this and if this can be substantiated,surely there are regulatory authorities which would take up this matter? Even if it were feasible to lobby other shareholders to vote against the acquisition,is that legal in view of what we might be intimating,and even if the acquisition didn't go through,how much
better off would we be?What has really been going on at Quarterdeck?
