APACHE PROJECT COCHISE COUNTY, ARIZONA
JABA's chairman John Guilbert has long been aware of potential Carlin-style mineralization at the northern end of the Swisshelm Mountains. Here, limestone host rocks are pervasively cut by long and broad silica replacement bodies called jasperoids along steep faults, flat faults, and bedding planes. The Great American Mine - active from 1898 to 1930 - is in one of the jasperoid lenses; re-sampling by JABA confirms 0.17 ounce per ton gold and 11 ounce per ton silver occurrences. Phase 1 drilling in the Great American portion gave both high and low returns. To the north, 2 square miles of jasperoid outcrop may conceal large tracts of 0.03 ounce per ton gold with estimates of a potential gold resource up to 4 million ounces, open at depth and to the south. Geochem data for the larger targets to the north and west is being collected and compiled after which a drill program will be designed. JABA's land package totals over 19.5 square miles (12,464 acres) 100% controlled by JABA.

NEWS OUT at WEBSITE TODAY: <<<<.......An extremely talented group of explorationists and an impressive portfolio of copper, gold, and silver projects, including a project with 4 billion pounds of oxide copper.
JABA has assembled a portfolio of more than 20 exploration prospects in the mineral-rich belt running from Nevada through Arizona into northern Mexico. It recently acquired a copper project with a huge resource that requires extraction by a novel, but proven, method.
Although two significant discoveries have resulted from early joint ventures, disappointments on a couple of the other exploration projects, and an apparent change in focus from gold-copper exploration to developing a copper mine with non-conventional technology, turned off a lot of investors. The share price has now been beaten down to an unbelievably low level, especially considering the potential of the new copper project.
JABA, as committed as ever to exploration and with numerous high potential projects, now also has a huge copper resource that can be quickly developed......>>>> Great Minds THINK, alike! All us jabaites are of such common mines!Chucau |
