the acquisition of UB network, not its products. TLAB management
relizes that CIEN's DWDM technology is no longer the best and
being loosing market shares to LU, etc. Why tlab puts CIEN burden
on its shoulder like NN (bought UB network). If any people knows
CIEN's DWDM is the best, can he/her proves it? I dont think any
of us know it better than TLAB or AT&T engineers. Someone before
has said that AT&T was stupid not to select CIEN over LU products.
Now they may say the same that TLAb is stupid not to buy CIEN.
If they are smart, they shouldn't bet on CIEN down toward 9.
