Gee, sorry about your rain, Rich. Here in SoCal it is 75 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Cold weather is coming though. Come December we could get down in the low 70s and who knows; it might even rain a couple of times before the end of the year? (Not kidding either!)

You are correct in saying that the PCBs have little or no future order visibility and not very large backlogs. This is one of the reason often given for why PCBs don't get good market valuations. Assemblers, box builders do better.

I'm getting a "feeling" about DIIG. They had that announcement the other day to get some marginally bad news out of the way; clear the decks so to speak for BIG EXCITING news on the 22nd?? Maybe? I don't see how they can let the stock price stay so low with competitors like JBL doing so well. It would be bad for business. I have no specific knowledge but I expect something dramatic to be announced with earnings.
