Gottfried,Intel is already a limited investor in Samsung Austin Semiconductor Inc., an Austin-based subsidiary of Samsung Group. Earlier this year the Santa Clara chip company registered in South Korea for the right to invest in Korean companies.

And if my recollection is correct AMAT provide the equipment for MU, Samsung and Intel. Wonder when they all will be purchasing the 300 wafer equipment.
