Slow grinding down market? For a little while perhaps, but I still think there will be a big one.

That said -- being nimble last week put a lot more cash in my account. It is good to keep positions small. MB is right on with the 3rds technique and 90/10, although I'm not really comfortable with 10 -- I like to keep that a little smaller.
