The difficulty with this scenario is that EFII is seen to compete with SPLH and it could raises anticompetitive concerns. Another possibility which some deem more likely is for XEROX to acquire SPLH. This weekend is the first time I have heard this suggestion in a while, perhaps because SPLH is now at such a bargain price.
