Little Joe IMO Political Types as informed as may be, know no more than average Little Joe :).. I think he is just cutting-off escape routes for Mr.Clinton and Co when/if recession hit-they would have to accept a blame..Unfortunatly that means White House would take un-checkered and likely stupid moves in their World Lecturing style ...
