Everyone should learn as much as they can about cookies, then make up their own mind whether or not the want them.

The unfortunate part of this is the web browser companies. When they incorporate new technology in them, like cookies, Netscape Smart Browsing, they don't tell you. Most people don't even know they exist, or possible security holes, or risks.
