The following, for 1998...does not add up:

1998 1997
NET LOSS $ (757,520) $ (266,062)
============= =============
BASIC NET LOSS PER COMMON SHARE $ (0.14) $ (0.03)
============= =============
WEIGHTED AVERAGE NUMBER OF SHARES OUTSTANDING 10,101,541 8,835,586

If the loss is 757K, and the average OS was 10.1M, wouldn't the loss for the year be...$0.07, and not $0.14??? I am very confused. I do know that the ($0.04) on Yahoo is using the figure of 18MM outstanding...which was only the correct number for part of year.
