Dave... Mr. Sparkey knows that the reason he didn't get his shares is the fact that he was not able to provide what he stated he would provide free and clear....He knows that..Mr. Sparky, do you have anything in writing showing the deal was called off....or put on hold maybe? Geez, this is getting rough here! Have a good one all.
