They seem to be following the rate cuts... The major question is has all the bad news been priced into the market? If so, this is a good time for a market turn around... If not, earnings continue to spiral downward from original growth patterns... Ultimately earnings growth is the most important determinant of stock prices... So, short term we have this Greenspan inspired rally... Beyond that, earnings growth will be the market rudder... Jim
