Nothing was called off. They simply went and did half-ass work that did not work out, and was not in compliance with the purchase agreement. I provided everything free and clear, as set out in the purchase agreement.
This is just another hook and jab by HK et al, in an attempt to change the subject. I plan to own Adhatters free and clear.
If just one of you, besides Big Al, would request the documentation, which I am more that happy to fax to you, you would see the truth.
But, it seems, with BB investors, they do not want to see the truth, because they live in a dream world, as I did when I sold Conroe to them. It is all a big lie. A manipulation of the entire group of participants. And the sad part of it all, is that the SEC is too damn busy right now.
