you're right, it doesn't include the latest week's data. I didn't even notice that. However, it wasn't just the fed action on Thurs. late afternoon which made the forecast wrong. This week's candle shows that the low for the week was not in the realm of "downside message seems clear". A weekly hammer is a weekly hammer (and it's bullish), and at the end of the week ending 10/9, that's what the oex chart showed.
