Dan, NEW NEWS!!! and old news can be found at Jason's site. youronline.com Only package of info about WACC out there. Just used "NEW NEWS" as an attention grabber. From your posts we know you've driven by the property a number of times. Have you ever stopped at their office?? I did not hear back from the first hotel that I emailed. Like you said, wrong location. They say you can't be wrong if you don't declare yourself, so I'll go on record as saying that all the bad news was already in the stock price and we should be able to start feeling good (less screwed) about WACC . Remember, this is the opinion of a person whose share price is now $15.00 JOE
