X-- the RUT is NOT out performing the SPX...its been lagging if anything for quite some time. I wouldn't get too excited over a day or two span. A two week span of out performance and & I will change that tune. Also, something to think about is all the TAX LOSS selling that will be hitting that area in the coming months.

Now don't get me wrong there is a HUGE opp here in the RUT sectors over the next year, 2 years or more....I'm just not ready to pick the bottom on that.
