Maurice, have you looked at the price of PLPT lately? It seems to be a decent enough company, yet after a reverse split its price appears to be back to pre-split levels. Do you think now would be a good time to buy it? I still haven't found a company whose share price has continued to rise after a reverse split, although a poster here mentioned one a while back. I don't think TLCN management will be successful in obtaining shareholder approval for another reverse split, since there are so few success stories of companies who have done them. Regards, Bob
