Been gone - computer problems.

The ledger. I am leaving the analysis of the entries to better minds, but I am constantly stopped by the nagging question: WHY? Why did Jack send the ledger to Bob Besse? Why, of course, did the SEC return it to Marc Tow as chief shareholder? Actually, that second one is answered. The SEC didn't have an inkling really about scam until we got on the case a few weeks ago. But then comes the biggie - WHY did Marc Tow pass the ledger on to MoneyBaggs?

I can't answer these questions, but let's be careful not to let ourselves be used in any way. Somewhere in this case, the law of averages says there is damning written evidence. If it were in the ledger, however long we analyze it, Jack U wouldn't have released it, nor would Marc Tow. I'm glad we have it, of course, but let's evaluate VERY hard.
