To All: Interesting conversation yesterday with a broker from Morgan Stanley. Says he is very high on a stock "WCII". When I questioned him on his analysts negative remarks he was of course shocked I knew who she was. His comments were interesting. Says he talks to her routinely and she has a basic concern about WCII having high interest rates on some of their bonds. Says they will always be suspect as long as those exist because it shows they can't get reasonable financing, indicating their overall financial weakness. Says there is another telcom analyst at MS who is on equal footing but thinks strongly the other way.
