I believe Arif and FAMH Management are protected under the corporate cloak from any personal liability or responsibility. Unless the SEC begins penalizing personal assets for these violations, Microcap scam artists will be free to continue their practices with nothing to lose. If the company is seized they will simply find another to join or start. SEC needs to be tough on these guys in a personal, financial way. Kevin - Hoping justice comes to the penny stocks.
