Found something on the tscn site, Telescan did a lot of basic
financial website work for Fortune and Citicorp. 2. Telescan
announced they might entertain a suitor and hired Montgomery.
Very interesting on TSCN...look at institutional purchases last 3 mos.
it is apparent someone is acquiring during this selloff. The institutional ownership now shows at about 17 per cent. They have
never had such interest in the stock before. Could it be that a buyer
has been located by Montgomery and the selloff to $3. has made it
much easier for them to acquire the company by loading up at these
prices and then only having to buy considerably fewer shares when
the offer is made. Could it be one of the above, that is Fortune or CCI?whoever, they surely wouldnt be buying if something
wasnt brewing......very, very interesting.....gil
