Maurice,

Frankly I've heard quite enough about reverse splits. Could we move on to some other topics?

IMHO what this company apparently needs is focused RD, GOOD management, LICENSE agreements with the BIG guys. Better business skills. If this thing is going to be run like a research department of some university then there is nothing that is going to help us. (Recent article in the NYT magazine about the biotech company sponsored by Boston University is a good case in point: Good research, financial collapse.)

Repricing of options and other such trickery could be necessary to keep great talent in house. If so this should be explained and justified very carefully to shareholders and investors. Otherwise it is quite discouraging to all to see how precious capital is wasted with little positive consequences either on the research or the financial fronts of the operation. Management should be rewarded (or punished) according to the good old rules of capitalism.

BTW here is an update on TSRG, a company I mentioned to you before. They reversed splited about 6 months ago and now they are back to levels lower than pre-split.

As the old Spanish dictum says "lo que natura no da Salamanca no otorga" or liberally translated to our situation "reverse splits ain't the magic formula"

Regards

Victor
