Joe, 1999 estimate of 61 cents assumes weakness in GOM rates spreads worldwide. Yahoo! is showing a spread of $0.51 on the low end to $2.15 on the high end for '99. Estimates are very sensitive to rates and fleet utilization. Minor differences in assumptions lead to wide differences in estimates.
