I just received an advertisement from Investor's World in the mail. Before I give anyone my money, I like to find out more about them. I was able to find this thread on SI. Thanks! I see from the posts that there are a lot of people not happy with the newsletter's picks. Has this been something that has happened lately? I know that the market has been very volatile and unpredictable the last few months. How was JD doing before? If I were to thoroughly research his picks and decide for myself which investments to get into, would this newsletter be worth the money? I am interested in finding a newsletter, either paid or free, that would help give me some good company ideas to help narrow my research. I would prefer, however, one that gives the PE ratio, the EPS, outstanding shares, and past growth rates at least. Does anyone know of another newsletter that might help me out? How about a source of newsletter reviews? I would appreciate any help!!!! I am a high school math teacher and will be teaching my students about the stock market in February. Unfortunately, right now all I can teach them is how to lose money! <G>
