Hi Lou, There was an interesting article in the Business section of my local newspaper on 12/15/96(Deseret News,Salt Lake City) on DROM. It was written by Susan Antilla of the Bloomberg News Service. It talked about four or five stocks to give people as a joke due to the fact that the stock was worthless. Drom was one of the stocks that was mentioned in the article. It said that it was funny that the CEO of DROM was shocked that trading was halted on his company considering that the SEC has requested over 1,000 pages of documents from the company for several months with no response back from the company. So the SEC finaly said enough was enough and halted trading until they get the required documents.
